Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffins

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup fat-free yogurt
1/3 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1 Cooking spray
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

Mix first six ingredients in a bowl with a whip. Make a well. Mix the next seven wet ingredients together. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry. Spray muffin tins. Spoon dough into and sprinkle with sugars. Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes.
