Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin muffins

4 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cup no calorie splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
30 ounces pumpkin pie mix
2 eggs
3 tbsp splenda brown sugar
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for pumpkin muffins

  1. mix flour, oats, splenda, pumpkin mix, eggs, cinnamon

  2. split into 24 muffin tins

  3. mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, margarine and top muffins

  4. bake at 400 15 mins or fork comes out clean
