1 cup pumpkin 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup margarine 1 14 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 1/4 cup flour 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 12 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp ginger dash of salt

Recipe Directions for pumpkin muffins

Combint the pupkin and baking soda. Cream the margarine with the sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after eah addition. Sift dryingredients and add to the margarine mixture alternately with the pumpkin, mixing well. Spooninto greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes or until baked.
