Higher fiber lower sugar pumpkin muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffins

1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
120 g cane sugar
15 oz pumpkin
15 oz white kidney beans
1 tbsp ginger
1 egg
1 c pecans

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffins

Puree beans with 1/2 cup water, bake at 375 for 15 minutes, more at 300 if necessary.
