Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin muffins

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 c quick oats
1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons molasses
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for pumpkin muffins

Sift dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine. Bake 375 for 20 minutes.
