Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin muffins with oat flour

1 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup raw sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 T maple syrup
2/3 cup oat flour
0.83 scoop whey protein powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg

Recipe Directions for pumpkin muffins with oat flour

  1. combine 1st four ingredients

  2. combine remaining dry ingredients

  3. add dry to wet

  4. spoon into lined muffin tin

  5. top each with a few chocolate chips

  6. bake at 375 for 22-25 minutes
