Great muffins, and the chocolate is a nice touch!

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffin

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 tbsp corn syrup
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffin

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients separately in stand mixer, then add dry ingredients.
