Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin muffin

1 cup pumpkin, pureed
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Recipe Directions for pumpkin muffin

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. fill muffin pan 12 liners.

  3. mix together pumpkin, applesauce, sugar, and eggs.

  4. Combine remaining ingredients.

  5. stir into the pumpkin mixture until well blended.

  6. Divide batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes.
