Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Muffin

2 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cup applesauce
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Muffin

  1. Rinse raisins and walnuts in hot water, drain and add to flour

  2. Combine all the ingredients; mix well and fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or a bit more if you like them less moist
