Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Mousse Shooters

2 oz Creamy Cheese Fat Free
15 oz Pumpkin
75 grams Pure Almond Almondmilk
1 package Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
48 tbsp Whipped Topping Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Mousse Shooters

  1. Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add pumpkin, milk, pudding mix, cinnamon, ginger and cloves and beat about 1 minute or until smooth.

  2. Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.

  3. Spoon 1/4 cup mousse into each of the eight 6 oz. dessert glasses. Spoon 2 tablespoons whipped topping over mousse in each glass.

  4. Top with 1/4 cup mousse.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.

  6. Just before serving, top each shooter with remaining whipped topping and gingersnap crushed cookie crumbs. Enjoy!
