An autumn twist on a Cinnabon classic.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Minibons

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup buttermilk
16 tsp cinnamon
16 tsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Minibons

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl until dough forms

  2. seperate dough into 16 equal balls

  3. roll each ball into a long, thin strip

  4. use fingers to spread melted butter on each strip and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top

  5. roll each strip into a bun and place in a loaf pan; the rolls should be touching and there shouldn't be much space left over

  6. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes

  7. Mix together powdered sugar, milkl, and vanilla in another bowl and drizzle on top of baked buns

  8. *If desired, use a light eggwash on the tops of buns and sprinkle with extra cinnamon and sugar before baking for a nice touch and a little more flavor
