Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Mini-Muffins

1 package Yellow Cake Mix (18642)
15 oz Pumpkin (11424)
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 cup Water

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Mini-Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray mini muffin pans (I use two) with cooking spray

  3. Mix pumpkin, water, and pumkin pie spice together

  4. Add cake mix and mix with a wire wisk or electrix mixer on low speed.

  5. Pour into muffin pans

  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes

  7. Cool on wire rack
