Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Loaf

2 Eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp clove
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup white flour

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Loaf

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil and buttermilk

  2. Combine baking powder, baking soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, white flour and whole wheat flour

  3. Combine Dry into wet

  4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min in 3 mini loaf pans
