Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Lentil Soup

1 cup lentils
2 cups pumpkin
3 cloves garlic
1 cup red peppers
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Lentil Soup

  1. Boil lentils (1 part lentils to 2 parts water) for 15-20 minutes.

  2. In a food processor, add pumpkin, garlic, olive oil, 1/4 c Bragg's liquid aminos, 1 teaspoon garam masala, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Process for 15-20 seconds.

  3. Add mixture to lentils and add red peppers or peppadews.
