Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin French Toast

3 servings 100% whole wheat sliced Bread
1/2 c allwhites
2 tbsp pumpkin, canned
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1/4 c Cozy Cottage sugar free syrup
1 tbsp Light Vanilla Soymilk

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin French Toast

  1. Mix wet ingredients in bowl (except syrup)

  2. Dip bread in and coat

  3. Cook on griddle or pan until light brown

  4. Top w/splenda and maple syrup
