Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Fluff Cookies

2 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup Splenda
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 oz greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp skim milk
1 egg
1/2 cup pumpkin

GLAZE:
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp clove
1 tsp skim milk
1 tsp butter buds

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Fluff Cookies

Combine lemon juice and milk, set aside for a few minutes before incorporating. Mix the wet separately from the dry (count Splenda as wet). Then add dry. Spoon onto greased sheets and flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Combine the ingredients for the glaze, then brush onto each finished cookie.
