Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Flax Protein Bars

1 cup(234 g) Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
8 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Meal
1 cup Pumpkin
2 serving Agave Nectar
0.25 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2.5 serving plant fusion protein vanilla bean

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Flax Protein Bars

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 6 seets of 4x8 aluminum foil with nonstick spray. Grind up half a cup of the oats to make a flour. Mix this with the remaining oats, flax meal, spices and nuts. In a separate bowl, blend the pumpkin and agave syrup. Mix the wet into the dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Divide into 6 portions on the foil and shape into bars. Wrap foil over bar as for tamales. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
