Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Fiber Bars II

2 cups Fiber One cereal
29 oz. pumpkin (canned, Libby's)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups Splenda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground ginger

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Fiber Bars II

  1. Preheat oven to 350`

  2. PAM a 13x9x2 inch cake pan.

  3. Place cereal in a resealable food-storage bag.

  4. Seal bag and crush cereal with a rolling pin, meat mallet, or in a food processor.

  5. In a large bowl beat pumpkin and eggs until blended.

  6. Spread evenly in prepared pan.

  7. Bake 35-40 minutes.

  8. Cut into 24 bars
