16 oz Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Hot
2 cup Pumpkin
1 cup Frozen Cut Corn
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery

  1. Saute onion and celery in a non stick pan with a spritz of cooking spray.

  2. Add pumpkin, enchilada sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
