Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin egg custard

5 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/4 c splenda
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin egg custard

  1. mix all ingredients in blender

  2. pour mixture into a dish

  3. sprinkle with cinnamon

  4. bake in a water bath at 350 for 1 1/5 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean
