16 oz powdered sugar
16 oz pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Can serve immediately or chill before serving. Makes approximately 80 servings - 1 tbsp with 2 ginger cookies is a serving.
