Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Custard

1 1/4 cup Pumpkin
1 1/4 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
1/2 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
2 large Egg, Whole
4 1/2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/4 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Custard

Combine all ingredients w/ rotary beater. Bake @ 425 for 45-50 minutes. Knife inserted 1" from side should come out clean.
