This is the Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Pie recipe from the red Betty Crocker's Cookbook that I changed

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Custard

2 egg
4 tbsp Xylitol
2 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk, fat free

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Custard

  1. Heat oven to 425.

  2. Beat egg slightly, then beat in remaining ingredients.

  3. Bake 15 minutes.

  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350. Bake 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
