A pumpkin custard for pie or to eat without one.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin custard

1 3/4 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 t. nutmeg
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin custard

Add pumpkin to the beaten eggs, sugar, milk, and salt. Mix spices with a small amount of pumpkin until smooth, then add to other pumpkin. Put custard in pie shell and bake 2 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Beat with egg beater to mix spices in good.
