Pumpkin Pie without the crust for us celiacs.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Custard

1 c pumpkin
3 eggs
3/4 c sugar
2 1/3 c milk
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger, cloves, nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Custard

Mix together, put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 Celcius (190 Celcius) for 1 hour.
