Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Custard

1 cup fat free cottage cheese
3/4 cup part skim ricotta
8 oz fat free cream cheese
3/4 cup egg substitute
15 oz pumpkin
1 cup splenda
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Custard

  1. Put cottage cheese, ricotta, and cream cheese in processor. Press till smooth

  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl

  3. Pour into individual custard dishes
