low, and I mean low calorie baby! add 1/2 cup splenda or to taste this program will count splenda as sugar!

Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin custard

2 egg white
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for pumpkin custard

  1. Put everything in the blender.

  2. Blitz at high speed until smooth.

  3. Check the flavor to see if you have enough sweet or cinnamon.

  4. Pour into a PAM'd 9" glass pie plate and bake at 400 degrees or until cooked through.
