Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Custard Oatmeal

2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
6 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Pumpkin
6 tbsp Honey Squeezable
12 fl oz Original

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Custard Oatmeal

  1. Add the first 4 ingredients to the crock pot and stir to combine.

  2. In a medium bowl combine the remaining ingredients, pour over oat mixture and whisk just to combine.

  3. Cover and cook on low 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until desired consistency. Garnish with toasted walnuts pieces.
