500 g (1/2 container) light whipped topping
225 g (2 pudding cups) Sugar Free Jell-O Pudding Snacks (Vanilla)
3/4 cup Fiber One cereal
1 Cinnamon, to taste

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Crunchers

  1. Combine pumpkin, Cool Whip and Jell-O in a bowl

  2. Stir in Fiber One

  3. Spoon into nonstick mini muffin tins and freeze

  4. Makes 15 yummy nuggets
