Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Crumble

28 oz Pumpkin
12 oz Evaporated Milk Homogenized Vitamin D Added
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
18.25 oz Moist Supreme Classic Yellow Cake Mix
6 oz Margarine
4 oz Chopped Pecans
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Crumble

  1. Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.

  2. Pour into buttered 9X13" cake pan.

  3. Sprinkle with dry cake mix.

  4. Drizzle butter over top.

  5. Sprinkle with pecans.

  6. Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes or until set.

  7. Serve warm or cool.
