Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Crisp

30 oz can pumpkin (lg can)
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
12 oz cool whip

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Crisp

  1. Mix the first 5 ngredients in a large bowl. Pour in 9x13 pan lined with waxed paper. Crumble dry cke mix over pumpkin mixture. Add nuts to top if desired and pour melted butter over cake mixture (I prefer to cut the cut the butter in pats and place on top of the dry cake mix to make sure I get more even coverage). Bake at 350 for 50 min. Invert pan over on cookie sheet. Peel off wax paper and cool completely then add topping.

  2. Topping: Mix cread cheese with sugar and fold in Cool Whip
