Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin cream soup

1000 grams pumpkin
8 cups water
3 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup leek
4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 dash white pepper
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for pumpkin cream soup

Cocine la auyama pelada y troceada en una olla con 8 tazas de agua y sal hasta que ablande, escurra y aparte. Entretanto caliente la mantequilla en una olla, agregue la cebolla y el ajo porro, fría hasta marchitar. Agregue el consomé, lleve a un hervor y cocine a fuego suave durante 3 minutos. Retire y deje reposar. Licue todos los ingredientes, colóquelos en la olla de nuevo, lleve a un hervor y cocine por 3 minutos más, corrija la sazón. Apague el fuego, mezcle con la crema de leche y sirva de inmediato. Si gusta puede agregar trocitos de pan tostado en mantequilla.
