Pumpkin muffins with cranberries and flaxseeds.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins w/ Flaxseed

450 grams Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread Mix
14.5 oz Pumpkin
0.67 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins w/ Flaxseed

  1. Mix 1 packet of Krusteaz Pumpkin Quick Bread with 1 can of pumpkin until smooth.

  2. Mix in the flaxseed.

  3. Add in the dried cranberries (you can soak them in warm water before using if you like them more plump).

  4. Spoon into muffin tin.

  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
