1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup cornbread mix
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 large egg
2/3 cup 1% fat milk
1/3 cup canned pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Cornbread Pancakes

  1. Mix flour, cornbread mix, and cranberries together in a large bowl.

  2. Wisk ?wet? ingredients (egg, milk, pumpkin) together.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until combined.
