Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Cookies

4 cups flour
2 cups oats
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups margarine

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Cookies

  1. Combine flour, oats, soda, cinnamon & salt.

  2. Set aside.

  3. Cream butter & sugars together.

  4. Add eggs & vanilla.

  5. Add dry ingredients.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Bake for 20-25 min.
