Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Muffin

23 g spelt flour
13 g Whey Protein Powder
1/4 t baking powder
1 1/4 T pumpkin
4 t unsweetened almond milk
1/4 t walnut oil
1 T Semi-Sweet Morsels
2 g wheat bran
4 g ground flaxseed
1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
1/8 t sea salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Muffin

Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another - then mix to combine, add 1/2 t more milk if needed - spray mug, pour into mug and smooth out to an even layer - microwave 90 s.
