Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

3 c Sugar
1 c Canola Oil
4 large Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
3 1/2 c Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
2/3 c Milk
15 oz pumpkin
1 c Chocolate Chips
1/4 c Walnuts (choppet)

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until blended.

  2. Sift flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.

  3. Slowly pour egg mixture into dry mix and blend thoroughly.

  4. Add half the milk and pumpkin and mix.

  5. Add the rest of the milk and pumplin and mix.

  6. Add the walnuts and mix.

  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  8. Pour in paper lined cupcake trays.

  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 or until cake tester comes out clean.
