The best pumpkin chocolate chip muffins now I just need to figure out how to make them healthy and still tasty! I actually think it makes more than 12 but I wanted to be on the safe side.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
12 oz pumpkin
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Whisk together flour and baking powder. Set aside.

  3. Whisk toether pumpkin, oil, eggs, and pumpkin spice, sugar, baking soda, salt in a large bowl until smooth

  4. Whisk in flour mixture

  5. Fill muffin liners 3/4th full

  6. bake till skewer comes out clean 20-25 min.
