These are very good but could be revamped to a lower fat/calorie recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 2/3 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Allspice
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 large Eggs
15 oz Pumpkin Puree
1 stick Butter
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

  2. Mix: Flour, Sugar, Allspice, Soda and Baking Powder

  3. In Separate Bowl Mix: Eggs, Pumpkin, Butter (melted)

  4. and mix with wire whisk until well blended. Add Chips.

  5. Pour over dry ingredients. Fold in with rubber spatula just until moistened. Bake 20-25 min.

  6. (Makes about 18 Small Muffins)
