Muffins made with pumpkin, chocolate chips and a combination of white and whole wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups granulated sugar
15 oz pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Grease 24 muffin pans.

  3. Combine white flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl.

  4. Combine eggs and sugar in large bowl. Add pumpkin and oil. Mix well.

  5. Stir in flour mixture until moistened. Stir in chips.

  6. Spoon batter into pans.

  7. Bake 20-25 mins.
