Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe

240 oz Plain All Purpose Flour
2/3 cup self-raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe

  1. rease your muffin tin or place muffin cups into your tray.

  2. Grab two medium sized bowls. Into one stir together all of your dry ingredients i.e. flours, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin spice or cinnamon and chocolate chips.

  3. In your other medium sized bowl combine the eggs, pumpkin and melted butter.

  4. Add half of your flour to the egg mixture and stir well.

  5. Pour the remaining flour and stir until just combined i.e there should be some flour streaking through your mixture.

  6. Spoon into muffin cups or directly into your tray.

  7. Bake for up to 20 minutes. Put a toothpick into the center of a muffin when you think they are done. If it comes out clean, your muffins are cooked.

  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing them from your tray, then allow to completely cool on a wire rack.
