Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 c white flour
1 c rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c pumpkin
1 c chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Mix flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar (beating until light and fluffy).

  3. Add Egg and Vanilla and mix thoroughly.

  4. Alternate adding globs of pumpkin and spoonfuls of dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

  5. Stir well after each spoonful is added.

  6. Continue until all ingredients are used.

  7. Stir in Chocolate Chips.

  8. Drop Dough onto greased cookie sheet

  9. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 min.
