Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup Pumpkin
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
6 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
16 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pre-heat oven to 375. Mix together pumpkin, sugar, oil and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix together cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder and flour. Slowly add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Add chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a well greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes.
