Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies (48 Calories Each)

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin puree
1/2 c apple sauce
2 egg whites
1 1/3 c. flour
2 c. Old Fashioned Oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 c Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp allspice
1/3 c. water

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies (48 Calories Each)

Preheat oven at 350. Mix dry ingredients then add liquids. When adding water adjust to dryness of dough, cookies should be able to be scooped. If dough is to soft to scoop, wait 10 minutes and the oats will have absorbed some of the extra moisture. 1/2 c. Raisins can be substituted for mini chocolate chips. Use light spray of Pam on baking sheet. Use small cookie scoop for approximately 48 cookies. I make sure to scape the bowl for the last bit. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy warm or put away for later.
