Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin-Choco Protein Mini Muffins

2 scoop 100% Natural Whey Gold Standard
0.66 cup AllWhites
1 cup Oat Bran
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
8 oz Pumpkin
3 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
0.13 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.13 tsp Allspice, Ground
2 tbsp Organic Dark Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin-Choco Protein Mini Muffins

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Then mix both together. Divide into two mini muffin tins (each tin makes 12 mini muffins). Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
