Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Chili

2 3/10 grams Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.19 cup Frozen Onions
0.5 cup Frozen Bell Peppers
0.13 clove Garlic
2.5 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
0.13 cup Tomatoes Diced
1/3 cup Pure Pumpkin
0.75 tsp Chili Powder
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black
0.13 dash Salt, Table
0.2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.2 cup Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Chili

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and saute the onion, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and garlic until tender. Stir in the turkey, and cook until evenly brown. Drain, and mix in tomatoes and pumpkin. Season with chili powder, pepper, and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. Serve topped with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
