1.25 serving Pure Almond Almondmilk
30 grams hodgson mill rown rice flour
8 oz Breast Tenderloins
2 cup (1" cubes) Pumpkin
0.13 cup Pinenuts
1 oz Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Chunk
2 serving ralphs ricotta cheese
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.33 tbsp Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil
2 serving market pantry rotini

Recipe Directions for pumpkin and chicken pasta bake

cook pasta, saute pumpkin and mix spread, flour and almond milk to form bechamel sauce. Once cooked, mix altogether with spinach and add feta and pinenut to top. Bake at 350 f for approx 35 mins.
