8 oz. part skim ricotta cheese
15 oz. canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 ozs. fat free cream cheese

In a large bowl add all ingredients and whip till smooth. Spray an 8x8 square pan pour in mixture and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 40 mins in a water bath or until set
