Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin cheese cake

12 oz. neufchatel cheese
1/2 cup Splenda
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 servings agave
2 eggs
7/8 cup pumpkin puree
2 T yogurt
1 T flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin cheese cake

  1. Soften cheese, mix with sugars first, then eggs, beat well, add everything step by step, beat until all smooth.

  2. Bake 40-45 minutes, at 350, or until the cheesecakes look set and feel barely firm on top. (Don't be alarmed when they puff up a little and then sink down slightly as they cool.) Let cool 30 minutes, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Good served with a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.)
