Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Cheese Cake

1 1/2 cups graham crackers
1 tablespoon splenda
5 tablespoons margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound cream cheese fat free
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/4 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for Pumpkin Cheese Cake

  1. blend 1 cup graham crackers and 1/2 cup ginger cookies with margarine, spread on bottom of greased spring form pan

  2. blend sugar and all spices set aside.

  3. cream cream cheese on low add eggs one at a time then the sugar mixture a little at a time until blended, blend in pumpkin nad vanilla, pour on top of crust bake at 350 for 30, then lower to 325 for 15.

  4. Mix sour cream, vanilla and splenda with wisk, while cake is baking.

  5. When finished pour over the cake and put back on the oven for additional 8 minutes.
